Why mathematicians are boycotting their biggest conference

The headline is annoying because only some mathematicians are planning to boycott the conference. I support those planning to boycott it because traveling to this country is a risk few, no one really, should take. This country won't be safe or free until the fascists (Republicans and their voters, supporters, and collaborators) are removed from all positions that have even the slightest amount of power.
