A Pleasant Morning

I looked out of the back door into the back yard while I was waiting for the coffee machine to finish making the morning coffee. A large and colorful bumblebee zoomed around randomly. Two squirrels were having fun digging in the dirt in Carol's pots. One found a treat of some kind and climbed up onto a fence post to eat its treasure while making sure that its pal got nothing. A sparrow (not sure what kind) landed on the patio and hopped around looking for something. A blue jay perched on a tree branch and made it clear that it is the boss. Opening the door would have caused all to vanish.

The coffee machine finished and I made my morning coffee leaving the back yard to its changes.
